1. GET URINE OUT OF YOUR CARPET WITH CLUB SODA
Pour club soda on a sponge or a cleaning rag. Use this to blot out any stains on a carpet. To remove urine spots, Pour club soda directly on the urine spot.
Allow the soda to soak for 10 minutes. Scrub it this time using a carpet shampoo to give it a touch of fragrance.
2.USE A LEMON TO RESTORE SOGGING LETTUCE
This tip is super cool. How do you revive your sogging lettuce from becoming inedible? Do you have an answer? I guess not, and if you do, maybe you can share it with me.
It’s all about using a Lemon. Just simply squeeze the juice from the lemon into a container with cold water. Place the lettuce in the container. Refrigerate for half-hour then remove, allow to dry, and enjoy.
3.LEMONADE KOOL- AID FOR YOUR MESSY DISHWASHER
Please do not pour any other flavor Kool-Aid in your dishwasher. Only lemonade Kool-Aid will work. I was curious about all the other flavors I read about. Now I know the truth.
To refresh and clean your dishwasher. Pour the Kool-Aid in the detergent slot and turn on the washer. This will remove foul odors, stains, and any hidden nasty grime.
4.HOW TO MAKE RAISINS AT HOME
To make your own juicy and tasty homemade raisin. Simply spray cooking spray on a baking sheet (non-stick). Place seedless grapes on the sheet.
Place the sheet in the oven at 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook until they are shriveled but not dried. The time in the oven depends on the type of grapes. Keep checking to ensure you get the best quality raisins.
5. TOSS ALUMINUM FOIL IN THE DRYER AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS
I saw in the supermarket where there are some really cute but a little bit too costly things that are said to make clothes dry faster. Well, no need to spend on those. Do you have a roll of aluminum foil in the kitchen?
If your answer is yes, good for you, if no, you are going to need one. Here is who, roll up a ball of aluminum foil maybe two.
Throw these in the dryer with your clothes. It will eliminate static, make your clothes dry faster, and save you a ton of💰.
6.LOOSEN HARDEN BROWN SUGAR
Brown sugar when wet or old has a way of hardening and becoming lumpy making it impossible to use. An apple can actually help with this.
Place a slice in the bag with the brown sugar. Seal it tightly. Let it remain for a day. Your sugar will be loose and ready for use.
7.USE AN APPLE TO MOISTEN YOUR CAKE
I love to bake, but whenever I store my cakes in the fridge it gets dry and crumbly. I read about this apple trick that made me so anxious to try it. It worked well, my cakes were never dry again.

Simply stuff the chicken with slices of 🍎 before baking. Your chicken will be moist and finger-licking delicious 😋
9. Use a dish rack to keep Tupperware from rattling
To keep your Tupperware from rattling and moving around in your dishwasher, try doing this simple trick.
Take a dish rack turn it upside down in the dishwasher and set your Tupperware in the slots. This will stop all the rattling and even breakage.
10.EMERGENCY COUNTER SPACE
To create extra counter space in the kitchen. Simply pull out a drawer. Place a large cutting board on top of it. There, now you have all the space you needed.
11.HOW TO REDUCE WRINKLES WITHOUT AN IRON
If you should find yourself in a situation with wrinkled clothes and no iron around. There is a way to fix that. Place the wrinkled clothes on a flat surface.
Use a damp towel to spread over the clothes then press down using your hands to smooth the deep wrinkles out. Hang on a hanger to air dry.
12.FREEZING GROUND MEAT
Do this before storing ground meat. Separate the meat into portions then place each portion in a freezer bag. This allows a faster defrost time and saves on space in the freezer. One can easily say, this works better than freezing the entire bulk.

To create space in your freezer. Use binder clips or iron clothespins to hang small packages on the racks. This will not only provide you with more space but looks way more organized.

Affix command hooks to the inside of your cupboard doors. Use this to hang your sieves, strainers, lids, kitchen towels, or any other KitchenAid. This is not only organized but looks amazing.

Recently I was writing about how to clean a dishwasher. THE PROPER WAY TO CLEAN A MESSY DISHWASHER when I thought it was cool to write on my dishwasher. That was it! the mark just would not budge.
I took a few minutes to breathe. then I became a scientist on the spot! I combined baking soda, Dawn dish soap, glass cleaner, and vinegar in a container.
I used this to make a paste to cover the marks. This made it easy for me to scrub the markings off. Now my dishwasher is marker-free. I never got the chance to try it on clothing but if you do, let me know the results.
17.HOW TO CLEAN YOUR LAMPSHADES WITH A…..?
The best person to talk to about cleaning hacks is a hotel housekeeper. How on earth do they clean a room in 30 minutes? Not only that but cleaning everything spotless.
While vacationing I observed my hotel housekeeper rolling a lint roller on the lampshade. I asked her what’s the purpose of that thinking it was a little silly.
She explained that using the lint roller to roll on the lampshade will pick up dust leaving it looking clean as if it was washed. THANKS FOR THAT TIP.
18. USE A SQUEEGEE TO CLEAN YOUR CARPET
Ok, this is really cool and a little shocking, but yes, it’s all about squeegeeing your carpet. Vacuuming is the most common way to clean your carpet however there is a vacuum alternative that works just as well.

19. HAVE YOU ANY OLD NEWSPAPER?
Make use of your old newspaper by using them to clean your home. A newspaper is a retro form of a paper towel. This was used to clean homes daily years ago. They are sure to save you some cash as you will be using fewer paper towels.
Grab hold of your old newspapers and clean your mirror crystal clear as you would with a regular rag. This ancient tip I knew from I was a child and has been using it ever since. You can also use it to shine your car so that it’s blinding to look at. Don’t wait, you need to try this today.
20.MICROWAVE YOUR KITCHEN SPONGE
To be honest, I never seem to trust the sanitary status of my kitchen sponge. I simply don’t believe they are ever clean. What must I do, do I replace it every week? That will drive me into bankruptcy. So this is what I do to keep them bacteria-free.
Rinse your kitchen sponge well, then place it in the microwave oven for 1- 2 minutes. Heat is a known factor for killing bacteria, so for a quick clean before doing the dishes, toss those sponges in the microwave oven and push that button.
KEEP YOUR POT FROM OVERFLOWING
Have you ever had a situation where your food just won’t stay inside the pot while still cooking? I guess everyone who cooks has experienced this. There’s a way you can prevent this.
I’m sure you may have a few tricks up your sleeve too, but check this one out. Simply place a wooden spoon on the top of the pot to stop it from overflowing and causing a mess. Your stove will be grateful.
