In this article, you will learn how to make the most delicious homemade pizza from scratch.

YOU WILL NEED…

11b Mazerella Cheese

1Large Onion [diced]

1Large Bell Pepper [diced]

1-2 Cups 🍅 Paste

Garlic Powder

Pizza Pan or Large Skillet

Medium size Bowl

Roller

Pizza Cutter

 

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH…

2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast

2 ounces Olive Oil

1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

Pinch of Salt

1 Cup Cold Tap Water

INSTRUCTIONS…

 

Pour the flour in the bowl. Add the yeast and combine it. Add sugar, salt, olive oil, and fold it in gently with your hands. Pour the water gradually, still folding with your hands.

 

The texture you are looking for should be soft and moist. Avoid over kneading at this point.

 

Sprinkle some dry flour on a section of the counter. Pour out the soft dough onto the counter. Sprinkle on a little flour on your hands to prevent the dough from sticking to them. Start rolling the dough.

 

Roll the dough in a pull and push motion. Pull in to you then push out. Continue doing this for 5 – 8 minutes.

 

Now, clean your counter and sprinkle another dab of flour. Start rolling the dough with the roller first in a rectangular shape then roll to the sides. At this point, you are trying to achieve a circle.

Preheat the oven 320 degrees

 

TOPPING…

At this point, you can choose any topping oh your choice. Place your dough in your greased pan. Brush on the 🍅 paste then sprinkles the garlic powder on to of the paste covering the entire dough.

 

Add the Mazerella cheese. Sprinkle on the diced onion and bell pepper. Then add your choice of topping.

 

Bake for 25 minutes.

I chose to describe it that way because this delicious meal is made from the things I manage to find in my kitchen. Not only is this stew tasty and nutritious it will cost you no extra spending at the supermarket. Let’s get you started into making this stew that your family will enjoy so much.

COUNTRY KITCHEN CORN STEW, FRUGALLY DELICIOUS

 

YOU WILL NEED

2 cups All-Purpose Flour

1/4 cup yellow cornmeal

1/2 lb Sliced Ham

2 Corns   [cut]

1 Pack Ramen Noodles

4 peeled Potatoes – each cut in 3 pieces

2 medium carrots   [cut]

1 Large Onion  [whole] Remove the shell

1  tbsp Apolo seasoning

1 cube diced garlic or powder

Stew Pot

[Salt optional]

COOKING TIME:30-35 MINUTES

INSTRUCTIONS

Add water to the pot bringing it to 1/2. then while this is on the stove. Using a medium-size mixing bowl pour in the flour then add the cornmeal. To that, add a pinch of salt and knead using room temperature water. Bring the dough to the texture of bread dough.

 

Put the dough aside and get started on the other ingredients. By now the water is ready for the ham so go ahead and add the ham to the boiling water and allow to boil for 10 minutes then add the corns. Use the dough to make tiny shaped dumplings. Add these to the pot as you make them.

 

Stir the now broth. Let this boil for 5 minutes then add all the other ingredients together except for the noodles. Cut the onion in 2 and add to the broth and continue to fold in all the ingredients. Allow this to come to a boil for 10- 15 minutes. Break the noodles in small bits and add to the stew. Stir and allow to simmer for 3 more minutes.

AMISH PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE RECIPE

YOU WILL NEED…..

 

 

[1] Pie crust 9- inch pan

[2]  1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix

[3] Baked and cooled peanut butter crumble

[4] 1 1/2 cup milk

[5] 1 cup whipped cream

[6] 1/2 cup peanut butter

[7] 2 cups whipped cream

A  container of chilled whip cream for topping

[8] 1 cup powdered sugar

 

 

METHOD…..

[1] In a medium bowl, add powdered sugar and peanut butter

[2] Mix with a large spoon / electric mixer, mix until peanut butter crumble starts coming together

[3] Add 1/2 of the peanut butter crumble to the bottom of the pie shell.

 

 

FILLING…..

Mix together vanilla instant pudding mix, milk, and peanut butter for 2 minutes, add filling in the pie shell.

On top of the filling add chilled whipped cream. Then add the remaining half of the peanut butter crumble on top.

Place in the refrigerator  1- 2 hours to set. Place a spacious plastic container that is tightly sealed.

HOW TO MAKE JAMAICAN  BUTTERY FOLDING/ COCO BREAD

 

These soft buttery loaves of bread are just as tasty as they look. If you travel to the Caribbean these delicious bread are found in every bakery and pastry shop.

 

The texture is soft and yet it has a compact weight that just one will fill you up. It is packed with butter on the inside that melts into the bread during baking. It is called folding bread because a section of the bread can be opened.

 

You can open these loaves of bread and use whatever you like to make a fulfilling sandwich and close it back without having to cut the bread.

 

These folding bread are so tasty, you can just warm them in the microwave oven and have it just like that with your favorite beverage, coffee or tea.

 

My teenager hates to eat and this bread he begged me to bake, he even joins me in the kitchen. I know you will have fun baking this bread for the family.

 

YOU WILL NEED…

3 CUPS ALL- PURPOSE FLOUR

1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR

1 TBSP ACTIVE DRY YEAST

 1 TBSP SALT

1/2 LB MARGARINE [COLD]

1/2 CUP SALTED BUTTER  [ROOM TEMP]

1 CUP WATER [ROOM TEMP] ADD MORE IF NECESSARY

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS…

[1] Pour flour into a bowl. Add margarine and crumble into the flour with fingers until it resembles bread crumbs.

 

[2] Add the dry yeast and mixed in, then add salt and sugar,  and combine well.   [3] Add water gradually, the texture of the dough must be very sDo not knead while still in the bowl.

 

 

MAKING THE DOUGH

Sprinkle flour lightly on a dry surface. Turn out dough on the floured surface and being to roll dough. Pull back to you and pushing away from you, using the palm of your hands.

 

TIP… Add more flour on the surface to prevent the dough from sticking. Rubbing flour or a little olive oil on your hands will keep the dough from sticking to them.

 

 

PROCESSING…

 

Continue rolling dough for 8 minutes until its tightened. Shape dough into a smooth ball and place in a clean bowl lightly greased with olive oil. Brush on a little olive oil on the top of the dough and cover with a thick towel or plastic wrap.

 

Leave no air space, the dough will not rise. place in a warm area [oven] for 1 hour, this is for proofing. The dough must be doubled in size, if not, leave for another 20 minutes.

 

 

MAKING THE BREAD

*Punch the dough to deflate the air, then turn out on a floured surface.

*Use a rolling pin to roll dough to resemble a pizza. Cut into squares using a pizza cutter.

 

*Brush on salted butter, then fold over and brush butter on the top, make another fold, and place on a    baking sheet. Continue until all the dough is used.

 

While the bread is on a baking sheet, garnish the top with butter to give the end product an appetizing yellow color.

 

 

SECOND PROOFING

 

Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for another 15 minutes to allow the bread to rise.  When the timer goes beeps place bread on the oven and bake for 25 minutes on 300 degrees celsius.

 

Do not over bake to prevent the bread from becoming dry. To ensure your folding bread is done, simply use your index finger to press the top, if it rises back its ready to leave the oven and onto your plate. It’s even better straight

from the oven.
