There are many ways to clean or unclog a drain. Actually, you really need to find a simple way to do it by yourself and one that actually works.
With this simple method, you don’t need to be a pro to get it done. Salt is a strong ingredient that has the potential to break down tough particles.
To prove this, pour salt on a snail and see what happens. Believe it or not, pour salt on steel and the steel will break away over a period of time.
If it is capable of doing such tough jobs, then it will do the same for your drain. After all, why hire a pro when all you need is stuff from your kitchen to clean your drain. Let’s get the job done!!
YOU WILL NEED…
1/4 CUP VINEGAR
1/4 CUP SALT
1/4 CUP BAKING SODA
CLEANING YOUR DRAIN WITH SALT
If your drain only needs to be cleaned then pouring salt only down the drain will break away particles before they build-up and do a complete blockage.
Simply pour the salt in and let it remain in the drain for 15 minutes then pour a gallon of hot water down the drain. This simple trick will keep your drain clean.
Pour the baking soda into the bowl.
Pour the salt on the baking soda.
Add the vinegar to the dry ingredients and combine well. Pour the mixture directly into the drain. This method can be used to clean as well as to unclog your drain.
Let it remain in the drain for 15 minutes, then turn the tap on hot water to wash away the loose residues. Your drain will flow freely and it did not cost a dime or a dollar to get it done. PLUMBERS HATE THIS TRICK!!!
