Pizza is one of the most loved dishes in the world and one can safely say, it is one of the tastiest. Originated in Italy and traveled to other countries and still maintaining its name is now available right there in your kitchen.

11b Mazerella Cheese

1Large Onion [diced]

1Large Bell Pepper [diced]

1-2 Cups 🍅 Paste

Garlic Powder

Pizza Pan or Large Skillet

Medium size Bowl


Pizza Cutter



2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast

2 ounces Olive Oil

1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

Pinch of Salt

1 Cup Cold Tap Water



Pour the flour in the bowl. Add the yeast and combine it. Add sugar, salt, olive oil, and fold it in gently with your hands. Pour the water gradually, still folding with your hands.


The texture you are looking for should be soft and moist. Avoid over kneading at this point.


Sprinkle some dry flour on a section of the counter. Pour out the soft dough onto the counter. Sprinkle on a little flour on your hands to prevent the dough from sticking to them. Start rolling the dough.


Roll the dough in a pull and push motion. Pull in to you then push out. Continue doing this for 5 – 8 minutes.


Now, clean your counter and sprinkle another dab of flour. Start rolling the dough with the roller first in a rectangular shape then roll to the sides. At this point, you are trying to achieve a circle.

Preheat the oven 320 degrees



At this point, you can choose any topping oh your choice. Place your dough in your greased pan. Brush on the 🍅 paste then sprinkles the garlic powder on to of the paste covering the entire dough.


Add the Mazerella cheese. Sprinkle on the diced onion and bell pepper. Then add your choice of topping.


Bake for 25 minutes.
