You can fix this at work or even make it in the mornings before going to work. It’s a good source of energy and will put a smile on your face for the entire day. Below is how to make this Amish no-bake peanut butter cream pie.
AMISH PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE RECIPE
YOU WILL NEED…..
 Pie crust 9- inch pan
 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
 Baked and cooled peanut butter crumble
 1 1/2 cup milk
 1 cup whipped cream
 1/2 cup peanut butter
 2 cups whipped cream
A container of chilled whip cream for topping
 1 cup powdered sugar
 In a medium bowl, add powdered sugar and peanut butter
 Mix with a large spoon / electric mixer, mix until peanut butter crumble starts coming together
 Add 1/2 of the peanut butter crumble to the bottom of the pie shell.
Mix together vanilla instant pudding mix, milk, and peanut butter for 2 minutes, add filling in the pie shell.
On top of the filling add chilled whipped cream. Then add the remaining half of the peanut butter crumble on top.
Place in the refrigerator 1- 2 hours to set. Place a spacious plastic container that is tightly sealed.
SERVING TIPS… Before placing in the freezer to set, sneak a slice just as it is. Before serving to your family or guest, remove from the fridge for 5 minutes, before serving, then serve as you wish. Have fun indulging. SEE YOU SOON.
